A 14-year-old kid in Georgia wounded his grandmother and killed his great-grandmother with a "34- to 36-inch sword" on Monday. Fourteen years old! It had to be rap music, right? Or heavy metal? Or—no—videogames.

A family friend told Channel 2's Sophia Choi that the teen was angry that he was told to stop playing the game Halo.

Yes! Videogames it is! I mean, sure, the kid had a history of violence and possible mental instability, and, okay, the police had been called to deal with him twice before, and sent him to Juvenile Justice. And yeah, for some reason he had that three-foot sword? But, this was definitely the videogames. (Isn't the plot of Halo that you have to stab your great-grandmother with a sword? Or something?)
