Jersey Shore brawler Ronnie Ortiz-Magro had his day in court in New Jersey today for the fight that he was in during season one of the show. No, not that fight when he was on the boardwalk with Sammy, the other fight where he knocked a guy out outside of Karma. So confusing!

While back in Seaside Heights filming season five, Ronnie won't go to jail for the incident. Instead, he's been admitted to a "pretrial intervention program." What does that mean? Does he have to give up booze? Does he have to go into anger management? Does he have to break up with Sammy for good this time? We hope not, because all those things would ruin the show (except for the last one). I bet that Ronnie didn't know what he was getting himself into and thought he had agreed to be on an episode of Intervention. He's going to be pissed when there are no cameras at the treatment facility.

Oh, and for everyone who was worried about what's going down with the rest of the JS crew, Vinny is back in the house.
