Turns out the Long Island serial killer is likely two serial killers. Great.

To date, a total of 10 bodies have been found in the brush off Ocean Parkway in two Long Island counties. Two of the most recent discoveries "may be the work of a second serial killer," the DA investigating the case told reporters today.

He also offered details on two unidentified remains: One was a toddler wrapped in a blanket, likely a girl, with "no obvious signs of trauma," according to the Times. Another was an "Asian male in his late teens or early 20s" who "appeared to have died a violent death.

We never thought we'd be nostalgic for a time when there was only one serial killer on Long Island. [NYT]
