Did you know that Star Jones has a new book out? Yes! It's called Satan's Sisters and it's about five women who co-host a daytime talk show. Oh, no, no, no, it's not about The View. No, really!

Watch as she tells Ellen DeGeneres that she "doesn't know why" people think the book is about The View. I thought for a minute she was being cheeky, but then she goes on to explain why the main host Maxine, an older woman, isn't modeled on Barbara Walters, but on Max Robinson, the first African-American news anchor. Actually, Star wants to have it both ways. The book is called Satan's Sisters: A Novel Work of Fiction. It is unclear if she is just being redundant and calling it both a novel and a work of fiction or if she really believes that her fiction is somehow a novelty. So Star wants to go out and say, "Oh, this is totally a fictional work of the most imaginative fiction," but she also wants you to buy it because you think it's going to dish about The View. God, Star, either say it's about The View or just shut up. Stop playing your annoying little games.

Star goes on to explain she'd seen her cohosts in their underwear, so she would never share their secrets. Star, do you really want to make jokes about seeing women in their underwear? Don't take me there, cause I'll go there, and you will not be happy.
