Insane murderous texting fiend Charles Manson gave an interview to the Spanish Vanity Fair, because, well, why not? And he has a very important message for us all!
'Everyone's God and if we don't wake up to that there's going to be no weather because our polar caps are melting because we're doing bad things to the atmosphere.
'If we don't change that as rapidly as I'm speaking to you now, if we don't put the green back on the planet and put the trees back that we've butchered, if we don't go to war against the problem...'
Obviously, Manson's environmentalism lends itself to a certain kind of scoff—the Daily Mail headline reads "Global warming must be true, Charles Manson believes in it"—but it can be used to scoff in the other direction as well: The Republican Party is, currently, crazier than Charles Manson. Manson also had this to say:
Europe is the United States just as much as the United States is America and America is Europe.
