Ray Logan has opened enrollment for his Marijuana State University, a three-hour workshop in Maine that teaches people how to grow marijuana in their homes. Logan is one of the nearly 1,000 people in the state who have a medicinal marijuana prescription. And now he's sharing his green thumb with the world.

At Logan's first class earlier this month, he only had 15 students and didn't make a profit. And while he says he just wants people with a medical need to have access to a quality herb garden, state officials are worried that commercial growers are going to start taking the class. If Logan were really smart, he'd trademark Marijuana State University and start selling swag. We're sure that his T-shirts would be pretty popular with white people with dreads at Phish concerts.
