The Oxford Dictionaries Online have added a "buttload" of new words, many of which are related to the internet and texting. Yes, "buttload" is one. So is "sexting." Now we're never going to get rid of that horrible word. There are more.

So what other linguistic newcomers made the cut? Here's the list.

  • Scareware
  • Trackpad
  • Bloggable
  • Onliner
  • Cyberbullying
  • Cybersecurity
  • Clickjacking (which has nothing to do with masturbation)
  • TBH (short for "to be honest")
  • Feature phone
  • Fnarr fnarr
  • Tanorexia
  • Jazz Hands
  • Gastric band
  • Rumor mill
  • Light Bulb Moment

If you don't know the definition of any those words, you are officially "an old" and probably shouldn't be reading articles on the internet anyway.
