In this conclusion to their Victory Lap, Chef Ryan Harkins and his team of cute metal dudes demonstrate how to make Pabst-simmered onions and fennel sausage gravy (recipe at 1:00) on sunny Bedford Ave. Then wrap up their DIY romp at a dark bar in NYC, serving burgers with Maytag and Munchos, and one called the Annihilator that made me whimper with lust.
"The only thing crazier than running the Grill 'Em All NYC Victory Lap was the Food Network's Great Food Truck Race and if we learned one thing from both experiences, it's that people love crushing awesome burgers!! The Victory Lap was 5 of the most stressful days of our lives but NYC made sure that in the end, we had a blast bringing good food to good people. It would take hours and hours of viewing to truly see how mad we went but that's not the point of the "Victory Lap" show.
