Christine O'Donnell, Delaware's constantly masturbating hobbit-witch and Senate candidate, has an attack ad out! It calls her opponent "The Taxman," zing. It also channels one of this summer's top viral videos, the "Bed Intruder Song." What the hell?

You may have guessed, from the "Taxman" title, that this is an attack on Chris Coons for wanting to raise taxes all the time on everyone. Republicans commonly accuse Democrats of this, in commercials. But two things about O'Donnell's:

1) It's scary! The fake movie trailer theme is negligible enough, but boy howdy, the soundtrack really kicks into terrifying Christopher Nolan-esque endless climax territory about halfway in.

2) Note the tagline at the end: "Hide your will, hide your lights, 'cause he's taxing everything out here." This might sound familiar, if you're one of those Internet video people. It echoes Huntsville, Alabama's Antoine Dodson, whose flamboyant appearance on a local news segment this summer regarding an attempted sexual assault on his sister included this memorable line: "Hide your kids, hide your wife, and hide your husband, cause they rapin' everybody up in here." And then it became a stupid autotune number, "Bed Intruder Song," that went viral and to the top of iTunes and yadda yadda yadda:

So that's one idea for a wacky campaign ad! Use viral video references and loud terror music to link your opponent to a rapist.
