Joy Behar celebrated her birthday on today's episode of The View by bringing her Saturday Night Live doppelganger on. Fred Armisen discussed the creative process behind his impersonations of President Obama, Gov. David Patterson, and of course—Joy.

Just as we thought, Lourne Michaels has control over what flies on SNL. Joy's admission that Danny Devito and his family shout "So what, who cares?" at each other was an additional delight.
