Photos From Last Night's Gawker.TV Trivia Night
Last night's Trivia Night at Destination Bar was our biggest and best yet. If you are one of the few unfortunates who couldn't make it, check out the pictures of the beautiful people and kick yourself for missing the fun.

Some teams showed up with their game faces on. Slutever and Ever and Ever were chomping at the bit for a piece of the action.

Other teams played it cool and patiently waited for the opening bell, as seen here with The DTF Business Sluts throwing back a couple John Daly's.

DJ Frankenmack, the best DJs this side of the moon, provided the soundtrack for the night, reggae horns and all.

Our faithful bartender Josh kept us sufficiently sauced as the PBRs flowed like Niagara Falls, everyone's favorite Wonder of the World.

As always, we've got to stop and admire Destination Bar. If you're ever in the neighborhood you MUST stop by 211 Ave A, it's just a great place to sit down and have a drink.

Our fearless leader Richard Blakeley brought his pen... why didn't you Team Blossomtown? Now I'm in charge of pens. You happy now?

Alright, back to the game. Once the diva Emily Chen showed up with questions in hand we were finally set to get the competition kicked off.

Just in time too, the crowd was beginning to grow restless.

"Hey, gimme that back."

And as the Reggae Horns blasted out a rally cry, the women in the crowd went weak as our MC emerged from a puff of smoke...

Half martian, half man, and half minotaur, a freshly shorn MC Kirk took the mic: "If you're ready to get this thing started let me hear you say nothing at all..."

Game on.

"Man, who was the villain on Dexter's Laboratory? Hmmmm.."

Local celebrities Anderson and Tom tried to pretend they didn't know where Boy Meets World was set, but somehow their team got that one right. Come on guys, we get it.

"I think his name was Jesse Tyler..." "No, no, no. His name was Jesse Camp." "You sure?" "No." "Alright, we'll come back to that one."

Hey ladies, have you met my friends...

Whoa, sorry buddy, I didn't realize they were with you...

The Winslows were about as tight as a tight knit team gets. They knew their shit, AND I think they coordinated their outfits, but they deny it.

Future Real World/Road Rules Gauntlet Challenge Champion Preston stopped by. He was a great chemistry player for the Winslows. The glue of the team. Class act.

The lightening round is where some teams made up ground. "That's the Laverne and Shirley theme song."

Yet other other teams just could not place that tune. Come on girls... you're still in this.

After the answer sheets were turned in, it was time to announce a winner. Time to announce who the lucky team who'd be bringing home the ever-so awesome, hand-wrapped grand prize.

Team There's No I In Team, But There Is A U In Cunt was fairly confident that they'd slayed the competition. A little too confident for a team that would eventually take home 5th place. Maybe next month, folks.

Ah, my team (shaking head). We could've done so much better had there never been that cartoon category. As you can see Chris, Ena and Bryan were okay with 8th place. At least we didn't come in last *cough* Team WTF.

Certified angels, Whitney and Cass of You're Fuckin' Out, We're Fuckin' In were clearly content with 3rd place. It'll happen for you some day Whit. Don't give up.

And here are our winners, Team So You Think You Can Fist Pump. Somehow Kate and Marvin have won two months in a row now. This is unacceptable, folks. I mean congrats guys, but I refuse to see a 3-time champion... who's with me?

Our awesome photographer Steve stepped out from behind the camera to express his displeasure with the outcome. And show off his cool face. Well played Scuba.

Alright guys. Time to say goodnight. See you next month, everybody.
