Despite their heartfelt Parisian talk, Chuck and Blair have hit the nadir of their relationship. Things have gone so poorly that Chuck went martial and declared war on Blair.

After Blair tricks Chuck into believing that his hooker girlfriend, Eva (actual prostitute), was only involved with him for his wealth, Eva heads back to Europe. Realizing the mistake he made, Chuck seemingly reverts to his old, ruthless ways and intends to focus his pain through the War on Blair.
