This Oscar-nominated doc will make you think twice about those Eggs Benedict you scarfed down at brunch. Food, Inc., like fellow industry whistleblowers like Fast Food Nation and The Omnivore's Dilemma, reveals complicated inner workings of the American food industry.

It might make you squirm a little, but director Robert Kenner does a fantastic job of spotlighting the folks who are trying to reform the way we eat and bring locally sourced, fairly priced, organically grown food to the masses.
