Notre Dame Porn Professor Can't Leave Well Enough Alone (Updated)
Notre Dame dismissed engineering professor Oliver Collins (pictured) last June. So Collins filed a lawsuit against the school for breach of contract. So the school was like, "For one thing, all those porn photos you took with our cameras."
To defend itself from Collins' suit, the university filed documents with the court detailing what Collins did with $190,000 in grant money. The South Bend Tribune reports:
A university investigation revealed Collins received the grant money for research and instead bought at least seven digital cameras, many lenses, surveillance cameras, an oversized printer and computer equipment he used to produce pornographic photos.
"Collins took many of these cameras and accessories to his home and used them extensively in pursuit of his personal hobby of photography, including taking landscape and pornographic photographs," the university states
You can't hurt a camera by taking skin flicks, can you? Catholics! Stop being sticks-in-the-mud! Of course, Collins—who also had porn on his computer at work—should have just waltzed off quietly, content with the memories. He now lives in Key West, Florida with an unlisted phone number, so he's either living the sweet life, or a homeless alcoholic part-time handyman.
