This whole season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey has been leading up to a big throwdown between Caroline Manzo and Danielle Staub. Tonight, it—and a few other things—happened on the season finale. Videos inside.

The actual meeting was pretty tame. Caroline wanted to know why Danielle had a problem with her, and Danielle tried to deflect the question (poorly).

Beyond that, the meeting was nothing like the table-flipping incident or the unbe-weavable night. That's a win for class and maturity, but a lose for the viewers, who thrive on the classlessness of the Jersey gals.

Danielle went to the meeting with her protective detail. Though Caroline is one intimidating woman, it isn't as if she would pull gun on her or beat her with a baseball bat. Hell, even Danielle's kids find the whole thing a tiny bit insane.
