Who wants to wager a guess as to the number of cocktails it took Kathie Lee Gifford to come to this? Finishing up a segment, she suggests to Andy Cohen that "sometimes little boys need their Mommy to slap them."

The Bravo exec couldn't believe what happened either. He describes it as "spank," on his twitter (below) but it sounds like KLG said "slap" to us. Pretty awkward, either way.
