10 Things I Hate About You is definitely the creme de la creme of Shakespeare adaptations in teen movie form.

Gil Junger takes the Bard's familiar characters and transplants them into an affluent Seattle high school for a funny, hip, and shockingly smart take on The Taming Of The Shrew. The cast is a veritable Who's Who of the late 90's teen scene—Larisa Oleynik, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Julia Stiles, and, of course, the late, great Heath Ledger in his breakout role.
