Is This the Most WTF-Worthy Video Ever?
This is the most confusing 40 seconds I've ever watched on the Internet. I don't know what the hell is going on, but I do know that "WTF" is basically the best—and only, really—response to it. Watch inside.
Update: After watching this, Whitney knew she'd seen it before. And as it turns out, this video—or the beginning of it, at least—uses a '70s sex education one for special needs adolescents as its base (which we posted here back in December 2009). The more you know!
