You've probably gone out to the grocery store and spent a few extra bucks on the "extra virgin" olive oil, because hey, might as well get the good stuff, right? Survey says: you're a born sucker.

A new study from, uh, salad dressing scientists (?) at the University of California proves that while you were off picking out baguettes, your olive oil was losing its virginity:

They found that 69 percent of the imported oils and 10 percent of domestic oils failed international standards.

A virgin from Italy? You should have known better.
