Due to Spencer Pratt's recent pattern of absurd behavior, MTV was reportedly concerned about the fame-junkie showing up to their Hills finale after-party. Spencer "tricked" everyone by disguising himself as an old man—while tweeting the entire incident.

Seems to us that it's just another stunt for publicity—considering he spoiled the surprise by tweeting his every move. For example:


"Thank you LA pd for keeping my party safe!"

What "party" is he referring to? Is it the one starring Spencer, magical crystals, and whatever circus is playing in his maniacal head? We'd rather hang with the bimbos from The Hills, because they're apparently now in on the joke.
