Lindsay Lohan is having a shitty day. Not only is she in court today for violating her parole, she got served with another lawsuit while she was in the elevator heading back to her hearing.

Right now the court is in recess (we'll update you on what happened later today, but the judge appears to be pissed) but as Linds was walking into the courtroom this morning, a process server served her with papers in connection with a $17,000 lawsuit for not paying for a heap of clothes from a boutique. When she was approached, Lindsay apparently pitched a fit and had the man thrown out of the elevator, but he managed to get the papers into the lift before the doors closed. So once she's finished with this case, she'll have a reason to return to the courthouse soon enough.
