There's another leak in the Gulf of Mexico. And it's supposedly been going on since April. It's unrelated to the BP spill; it's coming from another rig off the coast of Louisiana. But a 10 mile-long slick is now visible.

This second Ocean Saratoga spill is supposedly slower than the Deepwater Horizon leak that's been pumping tons of crude into the Gulf of Mexico, but it's equally as persistent. First reported by an ominously-named environmental group called SkyTruth when it posted images on its blog last month, when asked about the Ocean Saratoga leak this morning, government officials said they couldn't confirm it, but that more information would be forthcoming. The news just gets better with each passing day, doesn't it?
