TONIGHT: A new episode of Glee plus a great documentary on HBO make this a pretty good night of TV viewing. Also, premieres of Hell's Kitchen, America's Got Talent and Losing It with Jillian in the mix.

8:00 PM

I Knew It Was You: Rediscovering John Cazale This is a great, short doc about the life and work of actor John Cazale, who you might remember as playing Fredo in the Godfather (I and II) and also appearing in the Deer Hunter, Dog Day Afternoon and the Conversation. He was in only five films and all them are classics. This is really not to be missed. (HBO)
America's Got Talent It begins again with open auditions in LA and now with Howie Mandel in the David Hasselhoff role. (NBC)
Hell's Kitchen 16 chefs compete to be screamed at by Gordon Ramsay. (FOX)
Wipeout Hey, it's that show where people get knocked around and fall into a mud pool. Good times. (ABC)

9:00 PM

Glee The club gets jarring news, while Sue and WIll duke it out. (FOX)
Deadliest Catch Ice bashing takes a toll on the fleet. (DSC)

10:00 PM

Losing It with Jillian In case you didn't get enough of Jillian Michaels during the Biggest Loser's run, she now has her own show in which she moves in with a family in Massachusetts and tries to help them get fit. Kinda like Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution but with more yelling. (NBC)
Justified Raylan attempts to persuade his father to infiltrate Bo Crowder's meth operation. (FX)
The Hills Kristin tries to move on from Brody and Justin is back in Audrina's life. (MTV)
