TONIGHT: Season premieres of Cake Boss, The Best Thing I Ever Ate and True Beauty plus new episodes of The Real Housewives of NJ, Nurse Jackie and The Bachelorette.

8:00 PM

The Bachelorette Ali begins her search for true love in the fakest environment ABC can muster, including a date at the Hollywood sign. (ABC)

9:00 PM

Cake Boss In the season 3 premiere, Buddy makes a cake for NJ Governor Chris Christie's inauguration gala. There's a joke here, but I'm not gonna make it. (TLC)
The Best Thing I Ever Ate In the season 3 opener, Food Network stars recall their favorite grilled dishes. (FOOD)

10:00 PM

Nurse Jackie Jackie attempts to avoid all her problems by taking a spontaneous trip upstate, but that goes terribly wrong as well. (SHO)
The Real Housewives of New Jersey Teresa wants Joe to get a vasectomy. Probably a good idea. (BRAVO)
True Beauty I don't know why we needed a second season of this show, but apparently someone thought we did. Anyway, a bunch of vain, good-looking people get judged on both their inner and outer beauty. Lessons are learned. (ABC)
