This morning, on the eve of BP's attempt to cap the oil spill off the Gulf Coast, James Carville harshly criticized President Obama and his administration for neglecting to take action when the spill was in its infancy.

The interview transitioned to talk about border control, but Carville felt the need to make one last, very desperate plea to fix the BP disaster.
