I am reserving my feelings for this guy until we hear what the consequences for his actions are.

I mean, if he gets fired and then gets reamed out with a NDA, I am going to feel horrible.

If apple says 'its cool, just don't let it happen again' then I don't mind the invasion of privacy he has been going through.

I would feel like crap about loosing my phone. I also wouldn't take a prototype out with me to get drunk. (I do deal with prototypes)
