TMZ have spoken to "multiple sources" familiar with the good doctor's legal strategy, which is to claim that he stepped out of the room only to find that Jackson had administered a deadly dose of anaesthetic Propofol in his absence.

Murray and his legal team are apparently going to say that around 10.50am he gave Jackson a small, 25mg dose of Propofol, a drug to which the singer was addicted. Combined with other drugs in his system (Ativan and Versed) it put him to sleep.

Murray then made phonecalls, next to Jackson, as "MJ liked activity in the room, regularly sleeping with the lights on and cartoons blaring on the TV." At around noon he went to the bathroom, only to come back and find that Jackson had taken the rest of the bottle of Propofol himself, via IV. Which stopped his heart.
