Coscia is chairman of the board of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, which makes him responsible for everything from the safety of the region's bridges, tunnels and ports, to making sure your EZ Pass works, to overseeing the redevelopment of the World Trade Center site. He works closely with Anthony Shorris, the PA's executive director.
