Earlier this week, we outlined the 10 types of television cameos. Right on cue, here's Sheryl Crow gracing us with a guest spot on Cougar Town. Video inside.

On the show, Crow stops by to play a 40 year old wine seller and love interest to the guy who only dates younger women, fulfilling "the Unexplained Cameo" and "the Blatant ratings Grab" with maybe just a dash of music-tv "Crossover Cameo." Here's Crow doing a great job asking him out with the true grace of a mannequin.

And here's Crow dissecting the date and the guy and trying to be deep. Who knew a cardboard cutout could be capable of such emotion?
