Surely when Michael Jackson originally wrote this song, he was hoping it would be musically aborted in a scary political(?) video featuring a 10 year-old girl who couldn't keep up with the lyrics. And the repeated shot during the chorus with that confused lady walking in the background? Brava! It really puts the whole experience over the top.

If it's possible to laugh real laughter and cry real tears of sadness at the same time, then this will be the video to do it.
