Giant, bespectacled baby Randy Neugebauer, a freakishly huge, red-faced infant who is also a congressman from Texas, admitted to shouting "baby-killer" on the floor of the House last night.

He makes some idiotic claim about how he wasn't calling Bart Stupak a "baby killer," but rather arguing that the bill was a "baby-killer." Normally we would crack some meanspirited joke about how the GOP is the party of "personal responsibility" or whatever but Representative Randy Neugebauer does not know any better, he is just a giant, talking baby.
