Tom Green - remember him? - stopped by a frat party at the University of Pennsylvania in a bid for relevancy and free beer.
From the looks of this video, it appears that Tom got the true Penn experience - a keg of Natty Light in the overcrowded kitchen in the back, some brah wailing on his hand drums in the front, couches destroyed and/or made out on, unattainable girls and silly, grinning dudes, 2 AM trips to Philly Diner. Miss you, Penn!
