Tragic news out of DC: with the passing of legendary Democratic Congressman John Murtha, an entire lobbying firm has gone out of business.

KSA Consulting has not filed a lobbying disclosure form since July. Their website is down. The phones have been disconnected. It is a sad day for boondoggles. But let's remember the good times! Like when Murtha earmarked $3 million for fancy sonar systems from a KSA client called KDH Defense Systems—a company that made bulletproof vests, and had never built a sonar system of any kind.
