Everyone hates those uncomfortable moments when you run into someone whose name you just can't remember. But what happens when you're Robin Roberts on live national television and you forget that nice blonde coworker's name? Awkwardness—lots of it.

The awkwardness continued when Robin tells the viewers that Kate Gosselin is up next, to which the mortified reporter responds "You're not gonna forget that name!"

I only wish Robin had tried to end the segment the way I usually approach these situations. "You can find more information on job hunting courtesy of... youuuuu. You! You're such a good reporter! Youuuu! I mean, look at her!" No harm, no foul.
