How's this for a bit of Monday inspiration? A police officer in Brooklyn Heights, Ohio became a hero when he pushed a driver out of the path of a speeding car that had lost control during a snowstorm.

You can see the officer shove the driver to safety and sacrifice himself less than a second before he is hit and sent flipping over the guardrail. Luckily, both drivers were uninjured and the police officer was relatively unharmed, suffering only a few fractured ribs. I hope this guy has beers bought for him for the rest of his life.
