Hellooo! So, the bad news: tonight marks the end of competition for the XXI Winter Olympics. The good news, though, is that it should go out with a bang—the figure skating Champions Gala is tonight! Come in, nerds.

As always (except for Sunday), NBC's primetime Olympics coverage begins at 8:00 PM ET.

Here's what we have to look forward to this evening:

Figure skating's newest Olympic medal winners perform in the Champions Gala. Also: finals in men's snowboarding (parallel giant slalom); Alpine skiing (men's slalom); and four-man bobsledding, where U.S. driver Steve Holcomb is a medal contender in his "Night Train" sled. Bode Miller and Ted Ligety could contend in the men's slalom.

I guess we won't get to see Johnny Weir sashay his way down the runway ice, but at least it looks like there's some good stuff on deck for tonight.

Anyway, that's about all I have. As always, name and town, name and town if you wish to opine... wait, no. What was I saying, again? I can't remember. F*ck it, I'll do it live and just say this: have fun!
