Happy Friday! Here's your open thread for tonight's primetime Olympics coverage on NBC. And while figure skating is over with—which means we won't get to hear Scott Hamilton orgasm tonight—there's still a lot going on. Inside, a preview.

It's already a couple of minutes after 8:00 PM on the east coast—apologies, the roads were bad—so I'm going to skip the usual pleasantries/filler and just get right to it (so that you can get right to commenting).

Here's what you have to look forward to for the next three-and-a-half hours:

Apolo Ohno is in the spotlight again as he skates for gold live in the 500m and leads his team in the 5000m relay in short track. Also: the women's 1000m final in short-track speedskating; the women's slalom final in Alpine skiing; and four-man bobsled. The women's slalom is the fifth and final event for U.S. skier Lindsey Vonn.

Hey, not bad!

OK, let's get started...
