Colbert Mocks NBC and Jeff Zucker Before an Olympic Speed Skating Showdown

Colbert, obviously a member of Team CoCo proper, joins the party of NBC bashers before getting up close and personal with speed skating record holder Tucker Fredricks. The unimpressed athlete challenges Stephen to race his mother.

Colbert and his legion of net denizens at The Colbert Nation raised 300,000 dollars for the U.S. Olympic speed skating team, but that didn't stop him from chiming in on his low opinion of the network that's losing 200,000,000 dollars on the broadcasting of the 2010 winter event.

Stephen even suited up, getting on the ice with Tucker Fredricks, the record holder in the 500m since 2007. As Tucker has trouble communicating with the vapid talk show host, words are exchanged with difficulty. Colbert gets way too cocksure, and finds himself in an epic race with Fredricks' mother.

Tonight, Stephen's speed skating antics will continue with a race against Shani Davis, who called Colbert "a jerk," last year.
