Senator Ben Nelson would like the Medicaid deal he finagled for Nebraska to apply to all the other states, according to a hilariously ass-covering public letter he sent Harry Reid.

"I believe I have been clear that my intentions during all stages of negotiations were not that the State of Nebraska be given a special deal," Nelson writes less than a month after holding out his vote until Nebraska got a special deal.
