Matt's Watching:
New Year's Eve with Anderson Cooper and Kathy Griffin (CNN, 11pm) Cooper and Griffin's dynamic is always awesomely awkward. Can't say I'm happy about the addition of Lance Bass this year, though, so when he's on I'll be switching to ABC and watching Dick Clark's Primetime New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2010.

Whitney's Watching:
Dick Clark's Primetime New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2010 (ABC, 10pm) I thought about calling the lovely hostess of the party I'm attending tonight and asking her which show would be on at midnight. But I stopped myself. This is the show that's on in the background of most New Years parties, right?

Mike's Watching:
Dick Clark's Primetime New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2010 (ABC, 10pm) This will be on in the background as I get shitfaced and make out with people.
