There are a few TV shows where the stupidity of the American people is featured regularly—Maury is one example; the fourth hour of Today, another. Occasionally, Wheel of Fortune provides us with such moments, and yesterday's show delivered.

During last night's broadcast, Pat Sajak announced that "Thing" was the category for the $3,000 Toss Up round. As the puzzle's answer slowly revealed itself, contestant Lolita buzzed in and offered a guess—and what a hilariously awful guess it was.

We thought Wheel of Fortune's level of contestant stupidity had peaked with last year's "Fish Love" disaster (the correct answer was "Wish List"), but Lolita may have just bested the rest of them. Below, watch the clip from last night's show and decide for yourself.
