In case you forgot, there was one other billionaire, Ronald Lauder, who was going to spend some money on saying "hey it seems kinda lame to undo term limits for this guy," but Bloomberg promised that he would just serve one more term, and then he would totally put term limits back the way they were.

Now Bloomberg is rewriting the city charter, and he is going to try to get rid of the Public Advocate, because we don't need one, we have Mayor Bloomberg! He is friend to all children, like Gamera, and he always does what is best for us.
