Brittany Murphy's Odd Last Interview
Brittany Murphy's last known interview—on December 1 in Los Angeles at the premiere of her flim, Across The Hall—is simultaneously sad and sweet. Sad, because she appears out of it. Sweet, because she was still such a doll.
Murphy appears to be quite thin in the video; her eyes also seem dilated. And while she's articulate, something just seems to be... off. It's kind of hard to explain—and not entirely appropriate to speculate in more than a general sense—so we'll let you watch and decide for yourself.
In the video, Murphy graciously answers the interviewer's questions about the film before going on an aside about the fact that Across The Hall was filmed in the same studio as The Phantom of the Opera. Once Murphy is finished telling her story about the studio, she needs the interviewer's help to remember the last question she was asked, before answering it and saying a few more things about the film.
At the end of the interview, Murphy starts to walk away before coming back to the interviewer and asking her, "Can I have your hair in my next life?"
So sad that it would come sooner than anyone could have imagined.
