The Illinois insurance executive accused of making peephole videos of ESPN's Erin Andrews is expected to plead guilty in court next week, according to the Associated Press.

Michael Barrett, 48, allegedly creeped around the country following Andrews and adjusted hotel peepholes to take naked footage, which he then tried to sell to TMZ as well as (probably) enjoying them himself. He once called 14 hotels in Milwaukee to find out where she was staying.

Prosecutors in Los Angeles say he'll probably face 27 months in jail and that they won't pursue further charges. But Barrett may be in trouble for other peephole videos he allegedly made of other, non-famous, naked ladies through other peepholes in other states.

The moral of the story: naked videos are strictly a with-permission-only type thing.
