Last week, Maureen Dowd went to Google and complained about how they were breaking newspapers, or something. Today: she meets the heads of Twitter. She doesn't really like Twitter!

Look, we hate Twitter, and think it is a waste of everyone's time, and yet we still find Ms. Dowd's questions to be just completely asinine and obnoxious.

"Did you know you were designing a toy for bored celebrities and high-school girls?" Did you know, Maureen, that you write the political opinion column equivalent?

You know, it's ironic that this column ran the day we discovered that Larry King is using Twitter to basically recreate his old USA Today column, from the Good Old Days, because it is the best argument for Twitter since London's Tower Bridge, while Maureen Dowd remains one of the better arguments against newspapers.
