Time again for Watch, TiVo, Kill—your guide to what to watch, snuggled up with the pet who fills the hole where a suitable lifemate should be. WATCH The Presidential Debate [9 PM EST/6 PM PST, Major Networks] - Live from Hofstra University in Long Island, Bob Schieffer moderates the third and final Presidential debate. For the three undecided voters in LA County, this will be an opportunity to learn more about the candidates. For the thousands of pinko hipsters, it's a chance to play drinking games and make snarky comments.

Pushing Daisies [8 PM, ABC] - Lee Pace attempts to bring dead ratings back to life as he and his cohorts go undercover to solve another crime involving strange circumstances. When asked by your grandchildren about injustices you overcame in your lifetime, you can discuss the eventual cancellation of yet another visionary Bryan Fuller show. Let's hope PD makes it to the Wonderfalls crossover. Project Runway [9 PM, Bravo] - In possibly the last new PR episode to air on Bravo, three female contestants vie for the title of most famous fashion designer unlikely to have significant success. Look for Sarah Palin to make a reference to the winner tomorrow to gain more traction with the member of the gay community who does not already fear her. TiVo

Parking Wars [8 PM, A&E] - Philadelphians once booed Santa Claus and more recently gave Palin a chilly welcome, but that's nothing compared to the way they deal with employees of the Parking Authority. Carmen of the ticketing squad (first section of the show) should be a style icon for all 5-foot tall male municipal employees everywhere. America's Next Top Model [8 PM, CW] - Hunt and peck through this "Behind the Runway" clip show of unaired footage from the first half of Cycle 11. We prefer the crying-hugging-where'd-the-rest-of-my-hair-go moments but you can watch the slapping-sniping-offending-the-other-models bits, if that's what you're into. Late Night with Conan O'Brien [12:30 AM, NBC] - Cruise through the monologue and Act 1 comedy to watch your comic idol Bill Murray do a rare 12:30 AM spot. Probable topic areas: his new film City of Ember, Ghostbusters III, skydiving, Chicago Cubs playoff collapse. Doubt the segment producers will cover the divorce. KILL

Knight Rider [8 PM, NBC] - Another great uncredited performance by Val Kilmer as the voice of K.I.T.T. does not help this CGI free for all. A scratched DVD of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody would be more entertaining.
