It's no fun being Sheldon Solow these days. In December, Citigroup filed suit against the developer, alleging he'd failed to pay back more than $80 million in loans related to the development of a series of buildings along the East River waterfront. Now it appears Solow has another legal mess to contend with.

The Observer reports that back in January, just a couple of weeks after Citi filed its suit, the Fisher Brothers went to court over the same project and are now seeking $227 million. This may be one of the rare cases in which Donald Trump turned out to be the one with some common sense. His response several years ago when asked about the development's prospects: "It's going to be very long, very tough."
