- Late icon of conservatism William F. Buckley's duplex at 778 Park (also the last address of Brooke Astor) has gone on the market for $24.5 million. - Andrew Hoine, an SVP at John Paulson's fantastically profitable hedge fund Paulson & Co., paid $15.62 million for the 7th-floor co-op at 888 Park that used to be home to pork meat heir Joseph Luter. His new neighbors include Caroline Kennedy, real estate baron Howard Milstein, and shadowy financier Louis Bacon.
