With about an hour until the sight of enough TV stars to stock a week's worth of network upfront parties can lift the spirits of those depressed by the ongoing labor strife, we feel like it's a good time to hop in our Strike Wayback Machine and travel back to Day 4 for some much-needed smiles, when Paramount's Bronson Gate Players once again demonstrated that they're on the cutting edge of picketing techniques. We must, however, quibble with the video's claim that one of screenwriters on Melrose lot duty invented Strike Dancing, as the work of one spatula-swinging, sweatpant-clad hero deserves at least a portion of the credit for the burgeoning form of protest-art.
