So basically these days, if you wanna go to the loony bin, you just rip off your clothes and go to 42nd Street. Just three weeks ago, Josh Drimmer did it. Last night, some dude came down from White Plains and disrobed. Says the Post: "'By the time he got to Times Square, he was naked,' an NYPD spokesman said. After being apprehended next to a vendor's cart marked NUTS 4 NUTS , he was taken to Bellevue Hospital."
My friend's brother was visiting New York a few years ago, and one of the first things he did was go up to one of those Nuts 4 Nuts stands, unzip his pants, put his balls in his hand and say, "so how exactly do you want to do this?"
And that is why I will buy anything on the street, but I draw the line at nuts.
Good question QOTPA, I assume it's all the tourists I always see crowding around him getting their picture taken with him. I've never been close enough to see if he has a sign with a set rate or it's the honor system, but I guess if you're out there in that location several hours a day for 5 or 6 days a week it can add up.
If we've learned anything about streaking in NY lately it should be that geography matters. Why not parade your dangly bits on the upper east side and be taken to the relative luxury of Lenox Hill Hospital instead. He must be crazy.
